By creating an account and using Helm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Helm.

What Helm is

Helm provides AI-powered business advisory services. Your advisors are powered by artificial intelligence and are not licensed professionals. Nothing Helm produces constitutes legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, HR advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice.

Helm is a tool to help you think through business decisions. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice when your situation requires it.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use Helm for any illegal purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Helm offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your content

You own all content you upload to Helm including documents, business information, and conversations. You grant Helm a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

We do not sell your content. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Helm is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated advice. Business decisions are yours alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of Helm after changes constitutes acceptance.
